We have just returned from our 8th visit to Saas Fee. Each time we have stayed in either a chalet or hotel. Our 12 day stay in The Elite has been the most enjoyable of all our visits. My stay at this hotel during January 2012 was overall excellent. The staff excelled in providing a friendly service second to none. Food is the best I have had on a ski holiday. Only niggle was finding a power point in the room to charge my phone, otherwise I could not fault the Elite and the staff.

Great position near village centre. The owners cannot do enough for you Food is the best we have had in a skihotel for a group in many years.

Stayed for one week in January. Excellent. Saas Fee allows only electric vehicles in village so coach dropped us off at the bus station where we were met by the hotel vehicle which arrived to collect the luggage.
