This was our third year ski-ing in Saas Fee and the best hotel we've stayed at! A lovely alpine style hotel, beautifully decorated. Very well located, close to all the main lifts and the centre of town. You can ski right up to and from hotel. The food was great, with 5 courses and 2 or more choices for each... More

I just spent 4 nights in the Saaserhof Hotel in Saas Fee and had a fantastic stay. The location of the hotel is great - right in the centre of things, by the ski slopes and importantly the Apres Ski bars! You might think that would be a problem due to noise but double glazed windows shut all sound out.... More

Despite the rooms, which are wonderful… (nice view on the mountains, clean, large room, good beds…) Despite the location, which is perfect as nearby the slopes… (around 50m) Despite the restaurant, which is of really high quality!!! The staff working there is PERFECT! Unfortunately during our stay, we had the misfortune to feel ill during the night. The kind of... More

The Saaserhof, I must say, is a hotel in which you can feel fully at home. With friendly, obliging staff, great food quality and various facilities such as a spa, gym, conference room and kids play area, this hotel provides for all age groups and is very family friendly. There is a lovely bar area which has comfortable seating and... More

Cozy, family-friendly hotel with a warm staff and ownership. They have a nice workout area, steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and a play pool for small children. The rooms are comfortable and most of them have excellent views of the surrounding mountains and Saas-Fee. Breakfast was excellent with the most amazing cheeses and yogurt. I can recommend this hotel to people... More

This hotel is very close indeed to the slopes; you can more or less ski in or out, albeit with use of a couple of nursery slopes. We went in Easter & there was still plenty of snow even at the base (1800m) & loads at the top. Saas Fee is great for families & learners, although a little limited... More

I stayed at the Saaserhof for a week just before Easter this year. I was one of a party of 19. The size of the party gave the restaurant staff some difficulties on the first night of the stay and the service was slow. After a complaint to the management and the kitchens, the rest of the week was lovely.... More

We stayed at the Saaser hof as a family but also part of a larger group. We found the staff to be really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We had a room at the south-west end of the first floor corridor and rooms as this end have a lovely view of the slopes. The hotel... More

We were at the Saaserhof in January for a week. Excellent hotel. Large comfortable room. Very clean. Close to one of the drag lifts which gives you a good start for ski-ing to a cable car - bit further to the other cable car and lifts. Fantastic restaurant serving fabulous variety of buffet breakfast and a mix of table service... More

Hotel with friendly staff. Good food, the choice of halfpension meals was good, the portions were well balanced. Close to skilift. Great skiing and boarding in the area. Swiss charge for tap water. €2.50 for ½ liter tap water? Should have been free of charge. Hotel was well priced. Additional drinks were to expensieve, as all drinks in Switzerland. Would... More
