Very friendly welcome, hotel in middle of town. Odd room design with bath(room) having no walls is an acquired taste, will not go back to that. Full World TV, free wifi, fantastic SPA, including proper kit off sauna world which was mainly empty, felt like our own personal space. Breakfast standard fare, evening restaurant set dinner, no vegetarian protein didn't... More

Tremendous disappointment. We booked a weekend in a suite which was very nice. However, the light in the bathroom was out of order. The hotel proudly announced that on every floor there was a complimentary basket of fresh fruits. We found two apples on a napkin behind the door. The so- called « The biggest salad buffet in Europe »... More

I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels over many years and have never come across such a blatant disregard for basic customer service as I did at the hotel Ferienart in Saas Fee. My family and I stayed here for 10 days in April 2014. In particular, the front desk staff were clueless and the management were... More

The little pedestrian village of Saas Fee has inspired itself in its posh Zermatt neighbor. It is pretty, clean and lively. There are no 5 star hotels in Saas Fee although Ferienart shows them off. The hotel is a typical swiss chalet style building with 3 restaurants a large spa with pool and a ski rental shop connected to the... More

We went to Ferienart for 2 nights, with the goal of relaxing. The hotel is fantastic, the pool / spa area very nice, the staff friendly and professional, and breakfast very tasty. The weather was not nice so we spent a long time in the hotel itself, and we didn't regret it a single minute. If you are lucky enough... More

Hotel is charming. Double room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 babies I did not like the bathtub & sinks in the sleeping area. Also the light sensor in the bathroom was annoying. They offered to place two cots for the babies so we did not bring ours. Well they put two chicco poor quality ones. One was... More

A great hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds - not too soft, not too hard. Breakfast variety could be better as well as service, but a fabulous hotel overall. Spa was very clean with a moderate noise level as there were a lot of children. Excellent shuttle service with friendly drivers. A superb hotel for relaxing after a day... More

I wasn't staying at the hotel but did buy a day spa ticket and also had a massage. I thought the spa was lovely and a good way to spend an afternoon is saas fee when the weather was not ski friendly ! The treatments were also reasonable value for Switzerland and the therapist was excellent.

Third time at FerienArt. The hotel is splendide, the wellness area amazing. The breakfast buffer delicious. But the service, especially in the restaurant is not a 5* service! Also the evening menu of the cesar ritz restaurant are too classic... You will have better dinner in Saas Fee!

There is no discussion possible that it is the best hotel in SaasFee but I think it is even the best hotel in all skiresorts I know. I went there beginning of november and liked it so much I returned beginning of december. Beautiful very spacious rooms and suites with fireplace and jacuzzi. All rooms with terrace. Delicious food in... More
