To begin with the hotel has terrible staff, very rude and unfriendly.It was quite disappointing to see construction around the hotel, which definitely effected our holidays.(for 2018 winter sports) The room seems to be clean, except we noticed bed bugs around the bed, which was definitely not acceptable,The bathrooms had hair and it was not so clean,I would not suggest...
