We stayed in a 1-bed Suite at the centrally located 4-star Silvretta Park Hotel for a week over Xmas. For skiers the Gotschnabahn Gondola up to the slopes was an easy 5 min walk up a hill from the hotel, and a shuttle bus for learners going to the gentle sundrenched Madrisa slopes 10mins away up the valley went from... more

While traveling to the World Economic Forum in Davos 2009, I was fortunate enough to get a last minute reservation at the Silvretta Parkhotel. All I have to say is "Incredible." It's cozy, sweet, charming and in the beautiful village of Klosters. The staff was incredible and the general manager, Christian, absolutely wonderful and charming. He made our stay almost... more

We booked the Hotel Sport but they re-booked us here instead. Silvretta didn't seem to be aware of our requirements and after a lot of fuss at check-in we were allocated 2 rooms. My Mum&Dad's room was a fairly basic room with a very small bathroom and a limited view owing to a very high window. Not what you'd expect... more

As someone else said, this is not a 4 star hotel, at all. The food at the dinner buffet was really bad. The bed they gave us for our baby, was dirty and with the fabric broken (see pictures) and they charged 15 CHF for it!!! Needless to say, we didn't use it and ask the next morning for it... more

This hotel is advertized as 4 star, but is very plain, more like group style 2 star accomodation - not the experience that you expect in the swiss alps. We felt we paid way too much for simple fascilities and food. The ski room was really dirty with garbage, old dust, used napkins etc and seemed to never be attanded... more

I have travelled here for the last Six years with a North American Ski break in between each. I book dicectily with the hotel by email- They are fantastic! Although the rooms are rather basic- we are only using it for sleeping in. Views at the front of the hotel into Klosters are amazing! The rest of the hotel public... more

This is a difficult one! First impressions of the hotel were very favourable; met at the station by the hotel bus by friendly staff. Reception was efficient, friendly and attractive. Rooms were of a good size although perhaps lacking in charm - a little like aiport hotel rooms. Modern bathrooms, plenty of towels, quality of toiletries poorer than one would... more

My husband and I booked a ski holiday through Inghams at this hotel. We were a little concerned when we read the reviews posted on this website about the buffet food provided at breakfast and dinner. However, having just returned we are pleased to report that the breakfast was excellent and that the selection available at dinner was more than... more

We arrived at this hotel more or less by accident. We had booked the Robinson Club Piz Buin in Klosters and hated it so much that we decided to leave after 15 minutes (I wrote a review about this expereice). One of their staff suggested that the Silvretta Park Hotel might be more to our liking. We walked in and... more

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week here at the start of September, on an Inghams Lakes & Mountains holiday. We have stayed at hotels in various parts of Switzerland in the past few years and found that the service here was as friendly and personal as in smaller family-run hotels. The staff were helpful and efficient, and... more
