I stayed at the Grand Hotel du Parc in December of 2008 to attend the graduation ceremony of my brother at Les Roches. We had a cosy room overlooking the mountain side and it was picturesque. We stayed at Grand Hotel du Parc for 3 nigths in February. We got a room on the 4th (top) floor with a balcony facing south. The staff speaks fluent english and are extremely helpful. I booked through the Crans-Montana tourist office and, it appeared that this was virtually the only hotel that would accept a short booking that included a Sunday night stay.
