We stayed here as part of a group tour for three days in July 2008. The rooms were adequate and the view was terrific but the customer service was TERRIBLE! The biggest problem was getting a clean dry towel. The maids did not change out towels, they left wet towels on the deck to dry out, and the desk manager... more

Just returned from a week staying in the Eldorado Hotel and we are full of praise for it! The rooms had a lovely view and were very clean, as was all the hotel.
