We stayed here as part of a group tour for three days in July 2008. The rooms were adequate and the view was terrific but the customer service was TERRIBLE! The biggest problem was getting a clean dry towel. The maids did not change out towels, they left wet towels on the deck to dry out, and the desk manager refused to exchange wet towels or give us a second big towel per room. One big towel is NOT enough for two adults! The food served our group in the restaurant was like cafeteria food - adequate nutritionally, but not enjoyable. Perhaps individual travelers will have a better experience, but I cannot recommend this hotel when others in town have the same nice balcony view. The management was actually so rude that I spent a half hour crying in frustration. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere else. more
