pay attention, it's nice only from outside!! Moreover, the hospitality was more than terrible: cold, unfriendly and absolutely unpleasant: the impression was we were really disturbing them with our stay; also, awful rooms and toilets.

Overall this was a pretty decent hotel. Located in downtown Andermatt. Had the lovely duvet/down comforter covers. Room seemed to be nice and clean. Shower area was a toilet/sink/shower combination and was a little moldy smelling.
