We booked an 80 m2 family suite (2 bedrooms + licing area) via Hotels.Com - upon check-in we discovered (but were not informed) that we were in a different category becaus there is no family suite at this hotel ! We got a discount but the only reason for chosing this hotel was the availability of a 2 bedroom suite.... More
