Hotel has not been renovated for decades - that includes bathrooms and mattresses (completely worn out). Though it's reasonably clean. Ocean/Sea view is spectacular (in particular if you are high up) and unmatched by any of the surrounding hotels as this one is simply by far the tallest (with >30 floors the only one with more than 6-7 floors).
