Receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. Spoke pretty decent english as well for tourists like us. Breakfast was typical of germany and the room was a perfect refuge after long days of walking around down. Provided a small pack and play for the baby without a second thought. Definitely recommend!

Two friends and I stayed 4 nights recently during the Wine Festival. We had a suite that had a balcony with a view of the river and the castle. It is situated a block from the bridge over the Mosel River and was quiet despite the fact that the festival was going on.. The staff and owner were very nice,... More

Very gracious / helpful people running this hotel. Location is superb, one block from the bridge crossing to the crazy tourist part of Cochem. Rooms are good size and well equipped. We arrived on a Saturday and found accommodation scarce. The Moselflair worked out a great solution to our needs. The breakfast selection had a great variety - one of... More

Stayed for 14 days, wonderful location with super view of the castle. Situated over the river from main town so much quieter with the plus of parking space. The Owner and Staff could not be more friendly or helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river and the castle. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our three day stay. We felt very welcome by the hotel owners who couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. There was no space for... More

My family stayed here for two nights during Easter. Tourist season had not yet started and we were the only guests at the hotel. Our room was large with a comfortable double bed + one single. There was also a kitchenette, dining area and a sofa set (w/ tv). Very clean. A nice little balcony overlooking the Mosel (too bad... More

Very nice place to stay in Cochem. Rooms are comfortable and the ones to the front with good views of either the Mosel or the castle. We had room 302 and we had a superb view of both. Staff very friendly and helpful WI FI works in reception area, not so good in our room. Good breakfast safe parking

This hotel was perfect for our Mosel River mini-break. Our balcony had a view of the castle, which made a nice backdrop for morning coffee and an evening cocktail. The staff was very friendly. Though the hotel was at capacity, the atmosphere was relaxing and we did not feel that it was overly crowded.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights last May, and we really enjoyed our stay. We got a very sunny room facing the river for a fantastic view. The room was clean, quiet and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was OK, the selection of food was poor. The staff was extremely friendly! We travelled with... More
