Recently traveled through Germany with my wife. Picked Hotel Germania based on TripAdvisor member recommendations. Just stayed this past week at the Germania. Very helpful staff, especially Sam, an American working at the hotel. Nice breakfast on the terrace in the morning, rooms were comfortable and a good deal at 69 euro/night. This is an ideal spot along the Moselle, close to Castle Burg Eltz. The day we came, there were swans swimming in front of the hotel--just beautiful! Parking is convenient, breakfast was wonderful. Our room had a view of a castle from one window and the river from another. Great restaurants in very close walking distance. more

We made a family trip to the Mosel for mother's day. Our stay at Hotel Germania was great. It was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel has great desserts and breakfast. The location was perfect in the middle of town, river and castle view, and parking in front. Very friendly staff! more

On the west side of the river, perfect location, close to the bridge to the other side of the river. I’d rate it 3 star. Room 202 “Honeymoon Room” as a single was 100 euro. We enjoyed our stay in a very large, newly remodeled room and bathroom with a wonderful Mosel River view. The breakfast was very good and since the Hotel Germania has a very active bakery/cafe, the sweets were wonderful. The Employees were very friendly. The location was perfect for everything the area had to offer. What more could you ask for?... more

We stayed at the Hotel Germania and were very pleased. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The bathrooms were up to date and the bed very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was o.k. more
