Although we were there by end of November, it was great to walk through Cochem with very few people around. The hotel is very well placed, maximum 10 minutes walk to town. We had a very nice room, with view to town and the castle. Breakfast super.

We stayed here 2 nights in October 2014, We were looking for a hotel that had parking for the rental car, and a good location. The Parkhotel met and exceeded our expectations in most all areas--a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. The 2 restaurants attached to the property were excellent. The owners and... More

This is a great place to stay precisely because it is ever so slightly out of Cochem, where the river cruise boats belch forth their contents into a banality of cuckoo clock kitsch. Park your car at the hotel, an oasis of calm, and walk the 10-15 minutes into town along the Moselle, admiring the view of the castle above.... More

We only were able to spend 1 night in Cochem and were happy we choose the Parkhotel for our stay. The property is modern and comfortable. Our room was of a good size. We enjoyed the view of the river from our room. Having onsite free parking was a plus. The shower in our bathroom was wonderful. The hotel does... More

This hotel is about 1 km out of town, a pleasant riverside walk to get there. It is an unpretentious family operation and the rooms were clean comfortable and functional. Some minor irritations- the catering pack tea and coffee was dire, and some aspects of housekeeping were a bit lacking (for example the shower did not drain, and some of... More

We stayed for one night in August. We enjoyed the hotel and it is close to the attractions like the castle and chair lift "Sesselbahn". In addition, you can walk from the top of the to the top of the hill to reach a nice park (you can also reach it by car).

Good location, nice large room but no drawer units to put clothes. There was a wardrobe with shelves in it and had to use this. Nice bathroom. Had a patio off the bedroom but didn't feel safe. Good breakfast, parking available. Staff was a bit abrupt. Paid 115 euros per night but didn't think it was worth it, only a... More

The Parkhotel is positioned 5 minutes from the centre of Cochem, across the road from the river which has a path dedicated to both walkers and cyclists and it really is a pleasant stroll. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner, the breakfasts were plentiful and more than adequate for our needs. We were staying for 4 days... More

Stayed here three nights in June. Good location -just a 10 minutes walk along the Mosel river to the centre of Cochem, and with view both of the river and the castle. (Reichsburg) Easy parking at the hotel which is a great plus. We had rooms in the new building, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Nice bathrooms.... More
