Visited last week. Hotel is sister hotel to Brixiade, and there is no bar or restaurant for evening meals, these have to be taken at the sister hotel. Breakfast is taken at the Triton and is plentiful and varied. The room I stayed in was at the front of the hotel with a wonderful view of the Moselle and Cochem.... More

A very nice stay here at the time of the Christmas market. Rooms are good with plenty of heat and hot water in the cold of winter. The town is just across the bridge. Breakfast and dinner were plain but good food. Only negative was a terribly designed wifi network they really ought to talk to their IT supplier about... More

The location on the river frontage was excellent with a great view. Access to the town centre was an easy walk across the bridge. There was an extremely noisy music event taking place on the river frontage by the hotel on the Saturday night while we were staying, with live music until 1am. Without air conditioning, we needed to sleep... More

This hotel is well situated overlooking the Mosel and the old town of Cochem across the water. It is a five minute stroll into the town but quieter on this side. Make sure you pay the extra for a balcony room with a view across the river - worth every euro! The scenery is enlessly enchanting with boats passing and... More

We have just returned from this hotel and we had a very nice stay. It is rated four star but i think i would rate this hotel more like three star. It is very clean, the room we had was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room. The bathroom was very... More

I went here with my wife and two kids of 6 and 9 and stayed for 2 nights. We had a room in the Triton hotel at the top floor (5th floor). The room was fairly clean and large enough for 4 people. We had a front side room with a view on the river for which we paid a... More

This is a hotel facing the river and the Castle. It is certainly worth paying slightly more for a front room. The rooms are clean and of a fair size. The breakfast buffet is of a high stamdard and the service is very god. The swimming pool is very clean. We were with a group of 22 and nexer heard... More

The Hotel Triton is an excellent place to stay when you're in Cochem. It's a 6 minute walk away from the central town (it's across the bridge on the south side of the river). The hotel is an older property, of course, but the rooms are completely updated. The beds were comfortable, the cabinetry all new, and size of the... More

We stayed here as part of an organised tour with Treyn holidays. The hotel is advertised as 4 star however I think a 3 star rating is more appropriate given there appeared to be no lounge or bar - we had to use the facilities in the Brixiade (its sister hotel) a few doors down. As regards our room we... More

We stayed here for one night with a family of four. Good-sized room with a nice view over the castle. Bathroom has shower, no bath. We did not use the restaurant in the evening, only for breakfast. Good selection of cereals, bread, hot and cold breakfast. The hotel has everything you need for a stop en-route. Paid parking at the... More
