OK - so not the most amazing accommodation in the world - but the service we got was friendly and helpful, the location is STUNNING, the food was terrific (not cheap, but what is 1000km from anywhere?), and this was certainly the best stop we had anywhere along the nullarbour. AND - tasty, decent coffee at 6.30am. THANK YOU!! ;-)

Ok, this seems stupid but after driving all day biting into a burger with amazingly crisp salad was such a great feeling! Fresh, consistent, friendly and a quick turn around. A great option to avoid some grease on the Nullarbor! Its been voted our dedicated food stop for going in either direction!

Great place to stop for the night at the caravan park. Not many people when we got there but the place filled up super quickly. Showers and toilets all were nice and clean. $1 for a shower which was not a problem. Fuel price $1.69 on the 6/5/25. Will stop there on our way back home.

If you were travelling across Australia, you most likely will find yourself here. Not many choices at any stop on the Eyre Hwy, but this was one I found myself at. The rooms a dated but clean. TV reception is poor, but it's a remote area. Again the restaurant was average with freshly cooked meals. I had a room (the... More

I think it's the only game in town (the "Amber" is just its old name), although the complex includes a "Budget Motel" (probably pretty dire) and a caravan park. The room was old style, although some elements may have been updated recently, and was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom was good except that the shower wasn't segregated from the... More

All you need at this time of night is a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The complex is old but the renovated bathrooms are great. Really accommodating staff who left a key out for our late arrival and a decent cup of coffee for first thing in the morning!

When you've driven for 11 hours straight, anything will do! In a small town with not much to offer, this place is a safe bet. We went for the basic cabin ($70 p/n) and I'd say it was good. One power outlet, no kitchen/toilet/shower. Clean bathrooms a short 15 metre walk from the cabins - plenty of showers, toilets &... More

I am not a fussy traveler, all I ask is a clean room, a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The Eucla Motor Hotel failed to deliver on all 3 counts. First impressions were good, nice modern reception area and an easy check-in, we expected it to be expensive and on that count it did deliver. The motel room was... More

A great little place to escape the aridness of the Nullarbor. Clean, newly renovated bathrooms, reasonably priced, comfortable. The restaurant has incredible food at reasonable prices. Very happy with my stay.

We have been to this caravan park four times. Good spot but sites are not marked and lots are on slope which makes it difficult with a caravan. Not all power points work which is further limiting. Best part is showers. Large rocks near sites are a hazard and this time mangled the front of our car trying to find... More
