After a break I stayed once more in this hotel on the "Deutsche Weinstrasse". The Hotelservice was better than in past times. Check in and out quickly. Good local breakfast in the "Wintergarden". The rooms are a little bit dated and small but clean and for one night absolutly ok. In about ten minutes your are downtown ( without car!).

great staff, a place dies or lives by its staff and they score 100% here, but the hotel itself is just ok - nothing wrong just ok, but well worth a stay. we were on a training course wanting loads of strange stuff like ice, instant coffee, (dont ask) but the kitchen helped us all the time - very helpful

Staff in the hotel was friendly. Hotel was overbooked so i refered to the outside guesthouse. This rooms were a bit old fashioned and could have been cleaner. Cobwebs in corners. Business lunch and dinner (buffett) was very standard. Breakfast was very good.

The location is outside the village, but easily walkable. The hotel itself is a typical Steigenberger hotel, as one knows them from other cities. In this lovely town this hotel makes a nice place to stay. 10 min walk to some wineries and very large rooms. the breakfast offered good variety and the beds were very comfortable.

Just returned from a lovely stay in this beautiful part of the world. Helpful and friendly staff in beautifully located hotel. Deluxe room was hardly "deluxe" but perfectly adequate for our stay. Just a few minutesw walk away from an idylic unspoilt village.

I was there on a business trip. The rooms are spacious. The decor are dated and the amenities in the room are rather basic. The grounds are lovely. The staff are polite and friendly and knowledgeable in the local area.
