i stayed for 2 nights at this hotel during a business trip in the region. the room was big and comfortable and the restaurant offers a good choice for dinner (it is not so cheap though). wi-fi is not included and it costs a bit if you need it, but if you dont need to connect for long 30 mins... After a rough start to our trip to Germany, we landed in Dusseldorf and drove to the Steigenberger Deidesheim. It was a great drive however it was just turning dark as we pulled into the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with this typical German hotel. It has a great historical background. The property is in the middle of a vineyard... More

My seventh annual trip to the hotel and it feels as if I was here yesterday! Nothing changes here-same ol location, excellent service, tolearable food and beautiful view of thevineyards outside. Breakfasts are excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy enough. One earlier irritant of Internet on a chargeable basis has been removed with 30 minute free password provided liberally.... This hotel was a big disappointment. I found it very overpriced for what you get, and there is a real need for improvement if they want to be in the price bracket they pretend to occupy. If this was half the price, I would have found it okay. But it’s too rundown, the rooms are too old, the are too... More

We were in Deidisheim for a wedding and rooms at the hotel had been reserved for us by the family. We definitely appreciated their choice. The hotel sits in the middle of the wine making region of Pfalz, Germany. It is situated in the scenic rolling hills of vineyards, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the town center... More

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years, spending about 27 nights. It has almost become a second home when I travel to this part of Germany. Comfortable and clean hotel. Nothing much has changed since I started staying there. If the weather is nice, it is lovely to sit outside in the garden. The sunroom is... More

After a break I stayed once more in this hotel on the "Deutsche Weinstrasse". The Hotelservice was better than in past times. Check in and out quickly. Good local breakfast in the "Wintergarden". The rooms are a little bit dated and small but clean and for one night absolutly ok. In about ten minutes your are downtown ( without car!).

great staff, a place dies or lives by its staff and they score 100% here, but the hotel itself is just ok - nothing wrong just ok, but well worth a stay. we were on a training course wanting loads of strange stuff like ice, instant coffee, (dont ask) but the kitchen helped us all the time - very helpful

Staff in the hotel was friendly. Hotel was overbooked so i refered to the outside guesthouse. This rooms were a bit old fashioned and could have been cleaner. Cobwebs in corners. Business lunch and dinner (buffett) was very standard. Breakfast was very good.

First time in this hotel chain and my first time to this part of Germany. Both are outstanding. The hotel is located in one of Germany's fantastic wine regions. I can see the rolling hills/mountains from my hotel room window. I slept with the windows open which allowed for some incredibly fresh air to fill my lungs. It is in... More
