After a VERY stressful day we arrived exhausted, and were treated like royalty. The staff were great, the rooms ultra modern and cosy, the beds were just too good to be true, it was a very positive experience, will certainly stay there again.

Stayed here for a friend’s wedding. The food served during the wedding was excellent and the location is nice although very close to Dusseldorf airport which leads to some noise. The rooms are a bit dated (no flat TV) but overall well maintained and clean. Although close to the airport, the disturbance inside the rooms is minimal. Parking is free... More

I stayed here for two night during a business trip, it is far away from almost everything, but I choose it as it was close to my business The staff are nice, rooms are big but with a very old look, not a well furnished, ant not a comfy beds I may not recommend it for pleasure, but for a... More

Nothing majorly wrong with this hotel, although not the best location if you are without a car. The hotel is quite new, it is clean, the rooms very large compared to the norm and most of the facilites you would want are there, an attractive lobby bar, nice breakfast area and a traditional, cosy restaurant attached. I found the staff... More

I stayed here one night on a short business trip to the Dusseldorf/Essen region, choosing it for a number of reasons : access to company's I was planning to visit, free wifi so that I could I could work until mid-day (before going to an afternoon meeting) in case I could not get a morning meeting, and last but not... The Hotel is very nice, placed in a good location. I have been placed not in the hotel itself, but in the "depandance" on the other side of the street. Altough crossing the street is no so comfortable, the depandance is new, very big rooms, and very comfortable (even if the rooms are a little bit "cold" as atmosphere). The... More

For a business stay it was fine. The room was spacious but freezing - no effort had been made to turn the radiator on prior to arrival on a winter night. It also smelled like a smoking room even though it wasn't. The bathroom was ok - plenty of hot water but I wish hotels wouldn't use shower curtains in... More

Staff was friendly and nice but not well organized. The first problem was that they were not ready for us to check in at 5:00 pm and had to scramble through three different rooms before one of the housekeepers opened a room for us. The front desk people spoke English well, which was a relief to us. Free parking and... More

The hotel is modern and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Sleeping time are very silent. The breakfast is excellent: wide and high quality. The bad aspects are: - very bad internet connection. I tried several times to connect, but the line was unstable, slow and disconnection too frequent. If you go for business, this is extremely annoying. -... More

We stayed at this hotel during the GDS convention. Sadly I don't have anything positive to say. The internet didn't work the entire time we were there, nothing special at all about this hotel. They also charged us for 2 additional nights when we didn't even make the reservation. Poor staff, old hotel, uncomfortable beds, try to find something else....However,... More
