Stayed here for a week. Room is comfortable. Wifi is only complementary in the lobby. T-mobile elsewhere. No Air conditioning which is not unusual. Bathroom was clean but WC was leaking and drain in sink was very slow. Breakfast is quite good and very fast (buffet). Bar is small but adequate. Close to the rail station (2 stations within 10... Don't expect much from this hotel. It's built for people staying one night for meetings och between flights and the service certainly reflects that. The female staff at the front desk is downright unfriendly and just wants to get rid of you and the restaurant is no better. We had one young male waiter loudly complaining when we wanted to... This is quite basic but close to office so works for me. The staff cannot be more helpful. More surprising is the standard of food in the restaurant. Two really nice meals so far and reasonably priced. Towels and bedding are a bit mean but just ask and what you need will appear. 5 minute walk from shops and what... More

Closely located between the train station and the city center, it was a pleasant experience as it was my first stay at the Relexa in Ratingen, for business reason. Free WiFi is only available in the lobby area, not in room, and the quality is much better than the payed Internet which you'll have in the room. Laundry service is... More

We stayed here around Christmas time and found the hotel lacking Christmas atmosphere. The rooms are very functional and good probably do with some refurbishment. Service was friendly - disappointing to say that car parking was charged separately. Good for a stroll into the lovely town of Ratingen.

Apart from the confusion of having two hotels of the same name in the same relatively small town, this is a pleasant, clean, comfortable hotel. Room was clean and had all the usual amenities, I did not try the breakfast but have no reason to doubt it would have been of a suitable quality.

This lovely hotel is located just minutes away from the historic/old town of Ratingen. The rooms were a good size and clean and the staff friendly and helpful- what more could you want. What makes this hotel so ideal is its location- just 15 min drive to the airport, probably the same to the centre of Düsseldorf and a 5... More

For business reason, it's my second stay at the Relexa. Due to Ratingen being such a small town, nothing much in the area to see and this is your average business type hotel in Europe, down side, free wifi only available in the lobby area, not in room. However, the location of the hotel is good, its close to the... More

Travelling on business/pleasure, the Relexa provided easy access to my workplace, as well as the city center. It was beautifully decorated, nicely outfitted, and within a very nice walking distance of the city center. The room was simple in decor, but had everything I needed, and the staff was courteous and very forgiving of my lack of ability to speak... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had booked it at a very reasonable rate of £39 (directly with the hotel) and expected a kind of Travelodge. It was much (!) better than that. We had requested a quiet room on an upper floor and got exactly that: third floor, at the end of the corridor. The room was... More
