“relaxing”

We stopped here on our way from Sweden to France and it was a welcome break in a 24 hour journey. The hotel is a few kilometers away from the motorway but worth the detour. “Very pleasant staying”

A very nice experience, as always, when you stay to the Mercure Hotels! The hotel is in the city center and easy to find. Room with a lot of space, clean, wonderful and superb breakfast! The staff is very kind and the atmosphere really nice! Extremely recomended!

“Decent hotel, comfortable room”

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip, service and rooms are quite standard and up to typical Mercure standards, breakfast was fine and quite busy, lots of people staying there, check in and check out was a bit slow

The long wait on arrival we could cope with, the rooms were nice and everything was going well, breakfast was fresh and nice but the attitude of the woman checking us out was truly shocking. The processes they have in place in the Mercure need to be looked into and some customer service training essential. Maybe a harsh review however... More

Dear Mr Greenhalgh, Please accept our apologies for the confusion you experienced at reception during you check out from the hotel. Unfortunately the voucher system which you suggested should be used to pay for your stay is totally unbeknown to us and so the receptionist had to ask for a credit card to cover the cost of your room. Nice hotel, easy to find, good signs from edge of city. central location only comment I would make was hard to find the carpark, but opposite was a very large carpark at 5 Euros per 24 hours so we parked there. “Visiting the city of Hamm”

This hotel is centrally located, near an enormous shopping mall, with plenty of shops, restaurants and other facilities. Very comfortable room, clean, pleasant staff, we'll definitely be back when travelling in Germany again.

loved the stay really comfortable rooms great lobby with water feature and glass ceilings lovely restuarnt and buffet thugh limited food selection would definitely stay at one of their hotes though maybe not in hamm as not a very exciting city
