Our only contact with the hotel was on the phone, but it was sufficient to cause big deception for our wedding-anniversary. The 5 days story: I booked through the internet a "Wellness for two" on Monday, called on Tuesday to know if they got it and to say my wife and I would come on Friday after 22:oo.
