“Nothing to recommend”

This hotel is fine for a short visit. Nothing really commends it though. A few points to note: The beds are uncomfortable with a tiny pillow and small duvet - the headrest is particularly awkward if you want to lie in bed to watch TV. There is no Iron and no Minibar? The Mercure Hotel in Neu Isenburg is a good business hotel. To the airport it takes 20-30 Minutes, depending on traffic. The rooms are OK, with all what you need while traveling. Coming late parking is no problem, either on the streets and of course not in the parking spot of the hotel. Check-in is fast and friendly. The room has been a real surprise. “Good Quality and Very well priced”

Only stayed for one night but was very comfortable and the price was very good. Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff were very helpful. Location is very convenient for the airport and the city.
