This is good small hotel with the beautiful view from the window on mountains. It is unbelievable. The owners have a nice dog). Cons: no fridge and safe in the room, our room was not cleaned after first night. One normal bed is two separated small beds, it was very uncomfortable. Pros: view from our room was fantastic, also we... More

Friendly reception, lovely room, very clean, very homely. Easy to find, good free parking. Breakfast is exceptional even for Germany. The location is great, couple minutes drive to Neuschwanstein and Füssen, sitting in a small village surrounded by mountains. We had a terrace room, so no direct view of the castles, but the balcony rooms seem to have good view.... More

We, a Family of four stayed at this very charming country hotel for one night during our vacation. The hotel is family run and is serviced until 8pm in the evening, but og there and experience really nice Bavarian Hospitality. We were split in one room in the main building and one in the neighbouring house as we booked late... More

My boyfriend and I only stayed there for one night, but we could have easily spent there a week. The owner was very kind, from the rooms you can see Neuschwanstein castle, and the breaksfast was unbelievable.

We arrived in Schwangau in a terrible storm. We were 4 hours early for check in, but the room had already been cleaned so we were shown in by the owner of the hotel. The accommodation is two Tyrollean chalets and our room was in the eaves with a window boxed balcony and views to die for! The room had... More

I had the best stay here and was sad we were only in the area a night. I felt welcome the second I stepped through the door. It was a large comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. The lady who owns this establishment was so kind and welcoming. The parking was sufficient and the WIFI worked well. Stay here!... More

We loved our stay, very comfortable, clean and homely room with a balcony. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfast which included home made jams, breads, cakes and other specialities. Very convenient for the castles. The owner was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to visit and a local hotel for us to go for our evening dinner, which was superb.... More

The hotel is located just 3 minutes drive from the swhangau city and 3 minutes from the parking area for the two castles. The two ladies that are in charge of the hotel are extremely kind and helpfull. The wi - fi signal is pretty ok. The breakfast area is fantastic, Bavarian style ,shiny, comfortable. The breakfast is what someone... More

It is in a good location. . But nothing else other than that.. if you are expecting this place to be lively or looking for hospitality / service, look elsewhere. . During our intended 4 night stay, they neither changed our towels nor cleaned up the coffee cups and other things.. in fact we checked out a day earlier and... More
