Tübingen is a delightful small town; but no-one warns you that it is very hilly indeed and all the hills are cobbled. The hotel (the map provided on their website is nearly useless when you have never been there before and are driving a hired car from Stuttgart airport) is located up a very steep hill, very narrow, and cobbled.... more

Tubingen is a pretty town, which is well worth a visit. We used it as a base for a visit to Stuttgart, to avoid the big city. All the things written by previous reviewers are correct, the rooms are clean, nicely decorated and even romantic. We got a room in one of their additional buildings approx. 100 m downhill, facing the street. Unfortunately the windows were not sound-proof, so we heared every car passing by on the cobbled street, and worst of all was the noise made... more

Excellent location in the middle of Tuebingen's beautiful old town. Great little place, nice rooms, and a great breakfast the next morning. Good prices for the rooms and location, as well. more

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view over Tubingen. The views from my bedroom window looked right onto the Schloss (the old castle in Tubingen) on one side and over the town on the other.
