At the junction of 3 countries stands the Rhein center. And the top 2 floors belong to Maximilian. So in that aspect a great location over the Rhein river. Great access to the place from Basel as well. Surrounded by many Turkish quick bites. It's in a good location. The rooms were huge but they need to be put up... More

This was actually my second stay in one year. The hotel is not very modern. But it has all facilities you need. In my opinion the room was clean, and I canmot say that from all hotels I have stayed in. I have been here for business, and only needed the room to rest after daily meetings. For that the... More

Cycling the Rhine North and did not want to pay Swiss prices so this hotel is just 100m from the border in Germany. Short cycle ride to explore Basle then back to Germany for budget prices. Hotel nothing special but has secure parking for bicycles and rooms are on 5/6 floors above road so quite on an evening. Good buffet... More

We stayed in this hotel because we were arriving in Basel late at night and just needed a bed for the night. It came up in a search for hotels near Basel Airport and at €115 per night it was reasonable for the city. Firstly, the taxi from the airport was €50 which seemed crazy for such a short trip.... Stayed here in a group booking. Can't say much about the service, because there wasn't much. Desk/dining staff are a dour lot, not interested in doing much to help. The breakfast was pretty good, though. The hotel is on the sixth floor of a large building, and it's difficult to get in and out with a group due to the... More

I was in Weil am Rhein for business, two nights. So the hotel was basically chosen for me. Personally I would not be returning to this hotel anymore. It is basically not anything special at all. It is all very basic. The staff is really passive. Does not have a service attitude. And I saw various people working there. The... More

We spend one night in this hotel. We got a huge room with a kitchen. However the kitchen did not include even one plate, so in order to use you need to buy kitchen stuff. It is close to the Rhein river which is really nice. The hotel is located on top of a shopping center which is nice in... More

The breakfast buffet is excellent, well worth 5 EUR. Bustling shopping centre downstairs, including a Marktkauf hypermarket that sells everything. Short walk from Basel (< 2 km to tram stop) with all its attractions. Short walk to France (sleepy bedroom community just across the bridge). Short drive to Basel EuroAirport (10 minutes). However, the layout of the hotel is a... More

The hotel is abeam a shopping center and 1min away from Rhein River (walking distance). A few nice restaurants are also located around the hotel. From Basel City you have to take once a tram and a bus. The bus stop is across the street. The breakfast was great. Fresh eggs, joghurts, juice, bred, toast and much more. A taxi... More
