Tourist Info lady booked us. Right around the corner from Nikolasplatz. Clean, lovely plate of fruit to welcome us, above quiet pedestrian street, down the street from the Rathaus so it's right in the heart of town! No smoking room, good ventilation. Innkeeper let us use his computer to make our next reservation, but he smokes so that was not a good experience. He was very accomodating and helpful. You'll love small-town Wernigerode and riding the narrow gauge railway!
