I have just returned from a 3-day stay in this hotel as part of a 48-strong group. Apart from the fact that you enter a time warp when you go in - the rooms have old-fashioned washbasins (two of them!) in the bedroom and REALLY dated bathroom facilities - we were amazed at just how rude the staff could be...
