I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends. The hotel is located in the lively and "touristy" village next to the famous lake, but at night it empties out and becomes a wonderful and romantic place. 4 nights here in June. Fantastic location, right on the water of Konigsee. Hotel is old a creaky, which adds to the character. Plenty of places to eat nearby, with the hotel having its own restaurant in an adjacent building. more
