Had a good stay during Bauma 2013. Train station just at 300 meters and I was at the Bauma in max of 30 minutes. Clean rooms and good showers. Nice breakfast and a nice outside varanda for dinner. The only possible downside of Unterhaching is the location - about 25-30 minutes from Munich center by the S-bahn, which runs every 20 minutes and is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
