We stayed in two rooms for three nights and were disappointed with the service. On check in we were given our room keys and that was that. No welcome to the hotel or an information sheet about the hotel or anything else. Since it was late in the day, we had dinner at the hotel. The portions were small and... More

My wife and I spent one night at this hotel while traveling from Germany to Paris. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are in great shape, with very nice bathrooms. The only draw back is that there is no tempurature control in your room, and I don't believe the hotel has air conditioning, but we were... More

We stayed at the Rosengarten am Park for 2 nights in February. Several of our friends who were rock musicians were also staying there. Often with this genre of people, hotels can make incorrect assumptions! Not so in this case. The staff absolutely went far over and above the call of duty with repsect to their service. One evening we... More

Stayed here in December 2012 for 2 nights. Great location close to town centre. Food was very good quality and lots of it. Breakfast was rather limited to cold meats and cheeses but I didnt mind as it was very tasty. The scrambled eggs were the best Ive ever had. Staff were very efficient and most of them spoke English.... More

The hotel "Rosengarten am Park" is one of the two best-placed locations to stay in Zweibrücken (the other is the Romantikhotel "Fasanerie"): With the famous rose garden (i.e. rather 'park'), the 2kms of walking/jogging path of a 2 kms alleyroute along the river, opposite the famous horse racing course, the open-air swimming area, and a canoe route just outside the... Stayed here one night on business. Husband came along for the trip, and I am so glad because this hotel is totally romantic. Beautiful grounds, amazing. Long road to the hotel with a river running beside it and huge sweeping trees line the road. Ducks everywhere. Beside an equestrian centre so you can watch the horses. Food in the beautifully... I have been using this hotel for 20 years. The rooms have been recently completely refurbished (as have the prices!) but the ambience has been retained. The service is unobtrusive yet still attentive. An the cuisine is of a very high standard. WiFi has been fitted throughout and is very modestly prices. Reception staff were helpful, polite and cheerful which... More

Located in a sleepy area of a sleepy small palatinate town, this was is an adequate place if you have to stay to Zweibrücken overnight. We stayed for a week and were fairly pleased. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy, if a bit dated, although a bit spartan; beds are comfortable but furnishing is nothing but functional. A... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Didn't have a lot of expectation to start off with but surprised by the location and quality of the food from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great - Much better than a typical German breakfast. Would definitely try and stay again in the summer.
