Our initial impression was disappointment - all the entry doors for the hotel were locked! We finally found the parking garage - and after walking thorough many dark hallways - found our way to the front desk. The décor was lovely for an older style hotel - we found the woodwork and décor of our room fantastic - with a... More

Hotel is good and the connectivity from hotel to city center is also good. Wifi from hotel is sometimes poor, overall average Most important is the availability of kitchen inside every room, this helps to cook your own food

Finding the entrance was not straightforward and reception is on first floor. Receptionist spoke English. Fairly expensive room on second floor but it did have a bath. The shower was a hand-held device. The room also had a microwave and a kettle. Not so good was a sloping ceiling by toilet and a noisy fridge. On arrival we left the... More

I would recommend this to anyone. Even with the small children. They speak enough English to benefit you. i stayed one night in a single room with my 3 year old. Best nights sleep we had gotten in a long time. Overall customer service is a 10.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a lot of trouble communicating with staff, who seemed nice but could speak almost no English. Our room was basic, clean and quiet, but the beds were uncomfortable and the water in the bathroom vacillated between icy and truly scalding hot. Our phone in the room wouldn't work. There is... Finding the hotel is not straight forward. There is a large sign which, unfortunately is not illuminated, I arrived late at night and had real difficulties in locating both the carpark and the entrance. Once inside the main areas are clean and well decorated. The room I was allocated (room 20), was an odd shape but light and spacious. Single... More

Specially for Indian visitors. Rooms were clean and breakfast was also vet good with choices of veg and nonveg. Prices are also affordable.... More
