The reception is generally well staffed with a willingness to help. The rooms I have stayed in have been clean and quiet, a double door to the corridor helps to eliminate any external noise. The breakfast is quite basic but fine and relaxed. The location of the hotel is great and some of the room views are lovely. Only criticisms... more

I stayed at the Celler Hof, which is no longer a Best Western, for 2 days as part of a business trip to the Hannover area.
