As mentioned by another reviewer, it's not a five star, lacking numerous amenities associated with the room. The rating agency was either shown another room not like mine and fellow travelers, or has low standards. My husband and I stayed here over a weekend in September of 2006. Overall, we thought it was a pretty good hotel. It had all of the amenities that we wanted (internet access, bar/lounge, air conditioning), the staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the rates were reasonable. If we ever visit Celle again, we will probably return! more

This hotel is rated "5 Star Superior" by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) and is recepient of the "Star Diamond Award 2003" by The American Acadamy of Hospitality Sciences.
