the hotel was located right on the city centre, there is a parking near the hotel (pay attention because on tuesdays and fridays there is a local market there!). The hotel is historical, with very interesting interior design and ancient forniture. The room was large and clean, and so the bathroom (but with no windows). Good breakfast with excellent service!

If you want a 3 stars hotel in Konstanz old city this is a very good alternative. Historic building, excellent localization and friendly staff.

A good 4* hotel in a small square in the centre of this lakeside town on southern bank of Bodensee. Pleasant, helpful staff, spacious, large windowed rooms, comfortable beds. The restaurant serves usual German fare at reasonable prices. Decent breakfast - poor coffee! 5 minutes walk to lake and boats.

Stayed here in Christmas to New Year period, 2011. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and tidy and perhaps a little small if you are carrying more than one large suitcase each - otherwise it was fine. Good value. Excellent breakfast.
