We stayed at the Mercure in Konstanz in a "Superior" room. The internet deal on our room was very good. The hotel is a true European definition 4-star hotel with modern (nice) facilities. Rooms are all with bathroom. Our room was VERY clean. All staff interactions were positive. Located near the main tourist attraction harbor. Across from bus/train station...not very... more

This is NOT a four star hotel. At best, it's a clean, tourist-class hotel. The location is convenient, but it is right opposite the main train station, which means that it is noisy.
