Here is a family gem, In the heart of Konstanz and a quick walk from the station. The family that run this establishment should stand proud of their accomplishments here. The breakfast is an array of local delicacies. The restaurant in the hotel is always full of locals for a very good reason it is superb. Only 23 boutique rooms... More

Easily reached on foot from the railway station. Our room was facing the road, but no noise to be heard. Right on the edge of the "Old Town" - location is perfect. We only had B&B, the breakfast was excellent. All fresh, wide choice. Room was big enough for 2 people incl. luggage. Would definitely recommend, and will stay there... More

The hotel is run by a fantastic family that will suggest a lot of things to do in the town and around the area. Our room was very small but all we neeeded was there. The small bathroom was clean. We did only bed and breakfast and I can assure breakfast is very good. The restaurant is cosy but we... More

Perfectly situated between 2 major shopping centres, 2 minutes from the station and 3 minutes from the lake it lies in the midst of numerous restaurants as well as having its own. Whilst the rooms are not large, they are adequate (we had 2) and the beds are very comfortable. We were able to park in their on site garage... More

I arrived in Konstanz at 8pm after dark and immediately freaked out that I hadn't booked a room. Happened upon Goldener Sternen and spoke to the little old lady at the desk (who only knew 1 word in English: "Breakfast") - Booked a room for two nights for 1 person. Small but functional room with a great breakfast spread and... More

For a hastily-booked last-minute trip on a very popular summer travel weekend, it wasn't an awful place to end up. The location is lovely, on a lively square that is a very short walk from the center of the old town and the lake. The room was clean, functional, basic. The main problem was how stuffy the room was, even... More

We enjoyed our stay here. After arriving by train we went to the hotel to drop off a bag and even thought it wasn't even noon our room was ready and we were able to check in. Close to the station, buses and habour. Even though its in the centre and on a main road the windows are good and... More
