I just stayed at the Riva for one week (September 2009) for business. I highly reccomend this hotel and had nothing but a very positive experience. I had requested an early check-in, and although they would not guarantee it prior to arrival, I was quickly and cheerfully accomodated at around 9:00 AM and personally escorted to my room. Booked the hotel for my wife's birthday as she liked the modern look to the hotel ands it's location right on the lake. As we arrived the friendly receptionst came out to meet us and took the bags. We chose a standard room, but still plenty of space (including the cot for our baby). quality furnishings, free wifi, free minibar... more
