This is not a 4 star hotel, but a 3 at the most. Heating system extremely bad. I received a room not occupied in previous days and for this the heating was shut down and it took more than one day to warm the room; unfortunately too late as I got really sick because of that. I stayed here 3 differant times during the World Cup in June 2006. The hotel has a small outdoor pool which is in a bit of a sun trap in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly on all the visits.
