First of all I phoned a couple of days beforehand to ask if they have WIFI in the hotel. I was told that they only have it in the more expensive rooms which is absolute nonsense. If you have WIFI in the hotel then everyone can log into it. I was also told that the cheaper rooms, mine cost "only"... more

Positive: very friendly reception and service; clean; nice restaurant and bar. Great beds, nice bathroom. Negative: rooms are a little noisy, windows and walls seem to be a bit thin so you can hear people walking by in the hallway. If you have a light sleep, ask for rooms to the park side. more

I stayed on business in the lovely city of Neuss and very much enjoyed this hotel. The room was spotless, bathroom roomy and up to date and staff freindly and helpful.
