I've been staying at the Dorint for years and now it is being renovated. I stayed this trip in a renovated room. I felt about as welcomed as I would have been sleeping in someone's office. The floor was awful. The bathroom had one threadbare towel and one on-the-wall multi-purpose soap. No hot pot for coffee and the restaurant doesn't... More

This past year, i have stayed in the Novotel numerous times. The reception staff is very patient and competent. The breakfast is lovely- they do have the best Bircher Müsli I have tasted so far. The lady in charge of the breakfast is very nice & remembers your name. Which I for some reason could not. The dinner restaurant is... More

Overall, the hotel and staff were great. Watching FIFA in the Biergarten was nice... My only complaint was the light tapping of the hammer from one of the rooms undergoing renovation. The Rosegaarten is behind the hotel-it is a picturesque park in which you can go for a short run or have a picnic on a sunny day-fountains, gardens,

I stayed at the Dorint for two weeks on business. I have to say I never got tired of the room. The food was also very good. Only let down one night by the service in the bar. The breakfast was also of a high standard with lots of choice. The only comment I have is that on the laundry... More

We stayed 2 nights to attend a funeral & chose this hotel because central Düsseldorf was full due to trade shows. We speak only basic German. Positives: our Superior double room was very clean, fairly spacious, and quiet. Beds were comfortable and climate control good. WiFi/Ethernet direct connection was free and worked fine. Facilities include a lounge bar that stays... More

Stayed for 5 nights, room & breakfasts are good as is the location. After 3 nights I received a letter asking me to pay for my stay to date as I had exceeded the hotel policy of €500 credit per guest, even though it was all my room and nothing extra plus they had my cc as a security deposit.... I stayed here for five days for busienss, including a weekend. Rooms are clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable - what more can you ask for? The staff is quite helpful, giving directions and even getting me a beer after the bar closed on a Friday night! The hotel is within easy walkiing distance of the Neuss old town, but a... More

Good business hotel with great breakfast selection and many coffee choices! Quite hot in summer time without any Air conditioning in the room so I had to keep the window open at night. There was some event there for a whole week when I was there and frankly speaking, there's always some kind of event there all year round. It... More

Stayed here for two weeks in 2013. The hotel is located at the edge of the "old city" of Neuss, and Düsseldorf is also easily reachable by the tram stopping in front of the hotel. It has all the services of a four star hotel. Sadly there is no free internet access in the rooms...

This clean and smart hotel is situated close to the centre of the old town of Neuss in beautiful parklands. Good value for money-the rooms were well furnished and the beds comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel as there were lots of nice little restaurants on the main street a few hundred yards from the hotel. It was... More
