We stayed at the beginning of October 2014 For 3 nights The hotel is adjacent to the highway and there is no acoustic shielding Even the windows are closed You could not sleep at night by the noise of cars and trucks We asked to change the room to a quieter room The hotel claimed that it is impossible Breakfast... We stayed there 3 nights using it as an outing point to the southern part of Italy. This hotel is quite nice but that is all. As a group, some of us including me got a room facing a very noisy highway which was no more than 20 meters from our balcony. To sleep with open window / door was... More

This hotel is far from everything, but it has a very nice pool for which you have to pay a separate entrance fee, something like 8 euros a day. The classic rooms are nice and the airconditioning was working properly. Our dinner (included in the coachtrip) was not very nice. The ground floor of the hotel is modern with lots... More

It was pretty hard to find, especially at night, as you need to go through a few gates. However, this is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast and service were good, but the rooms were spectacular and the pool was a work of art.

We experienced an eventful stay at this hotel - what it did well was exceptional , what it didn't was interesting..... As previous reviews have already covered it is around 30 mins drive away from Naples and quite difficult to find so be fully prepared with map/say nav. We had a hire car, which is required as public transport is... More

Must admit was a little nervous about the surroundings, but the hotel was gated. The outdoor swimming pool was something out of a movie. The staff were awesome (one was from Canada). The rooms were spacious. The food was awesome and the staff went out of their way to accommodate you. Hey I got two thumbs up from our group!!... More

Hotel Giulia is a beautiful oasis in an uninspiring area of Italy - but perfect if you have a car available and wish to explore Naples, Amalfi coast, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, etc. Also, don't miss a visit to the close-by island of Ischia - a beautiful day trip by ferry from a port not too far from the hotel. I booked this hotel as my husband and I were celebrating our first anniversary and all reviews were extremely good and the pictures looked lovely. Positives: Hotel is very modern and completed to a high standard. The ocean club pool is beautiful and it's a lovely place to sunbathe and just relax. Staff are super helpful and nothing is too... We came to this hotel, after a horrible experience in Gragnano. The hotel is clean, reception SPEAKS english and the pool area was fantastic - though it costs 5 euro pr. person - that's the only drawback from 5 till 4. Rooms are clean and no noise what so ever - make sure you get a room away from the... More
