This is our second stay at the hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious with a veranda. The air conditioning is efficient (it was 36 degrees outside) and there is undercover parking in the building. We loved the bistro, where we ate twice, and the café for breakfast and lunch.... More

We stayed as a family, adults on a king size bed and child on the fold out couch. Although our view was on the opposite side of the lake you could still see the mountains in the distance and was equally as beautiful. Nice and quiet with the restaurant downstairs and convenience of shopping centre across the road. Clean facilities... More

We spent two nights in this very affordable, suburban hotel around Christmas 2014. In summary: - It's a long way from the city and the rooms are above the car park. The location is in a fairly new suburban residential area. The hotel overlooks an artificial (?) lake which was convenient for our morning walks. A small suburban shopping mall... More

Were here on a conference with some other members of my group, and actually regret attending the conference. We were double charged for a our rooms, at the wrong rate and are still chasing additional charges 4 months later. They also take $100 off your card on check in, and hold it for 7 days, rather than take it off... More

Meeting in one of the meeting rooms, nicely catered for. Lunch & Dinner in restaurant very nice. Great staff, attentive and good at their jobs. Breakfast in cafe/bar, could not fault fresh nice coffee and tomato juice always a test. Room very nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

This is the best hotel in the area but if you have the option it is suggested that you stay in a different area. This hotel has a cafe, bistro and gaming rooms all which area drenched in loud 80s pop music. You best option to escape this assault to the senses is to sit outside - it is not... More

We stayed on Saturday evening, we were here for family events and this hotel is very close to family. Narosh (sorry, if i spelt it incorrectly) the front office manager, took me to view my room as I'm fussy with noise and requested a quite room, Narosh took the time to show me and ensure i was happy with it... The Mercure Welcome Caroline Springs is my spot if I don't have to be in the CBD. It is new, comfortable, easy to get to, reasonably priced and surrounded by gyms and restaurants. The inhouse gym and pool are good too. There is a supermarket across the road. The biggest gym in the Southern Hemisphere - Derrimut Caroline Springs is... More
