Amazing and beautifully renovated Old rural stone farm hidden in the heart of the countryside. Lovely owners running the place Ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible, who provide delicious homemade food from own farm supply. Comfortable and well decorated rustic accommodation where to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. All this surrounded by hundreds... More

We'll start by saying Finca La Ramallosa is not for everyone. It is isolated, it is remote, it is rural (no nearby towns/bars), it is quiet and for all these reasons for us it is perfect. Yes it is a 20 to 30 minute 6 km drive along a sometimes not great country lane. But if you are looking for... More

Do you want to be in a remote nature area in Europe, whilst still enjoying good food and quality accomodation with lots of character then this is the place to be. We stayed with the family for 4 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere, walking, relaxing, food, scenery and hospitality of the owners. Highly recommendable!

you feel like you are going to the end of the world, and then you find this oasis - the owners are perfect in taking care of every single detail - whether it is design, flowers, being there for their guests when needed, and not being in a way - when not. And the food is absolutely fantastic - we... More

We just returned from our second stay at this spectacular property. Finca La Ramallosa is only 3- 1/2 hours by car from Madrid, but impresses as a remote, singularly beautiful, unspoiled refuge. There are stunning views in every direction:olive groves, rolling hills, distant snow capped mountains. The only sounds come from the many local songbirds and the sheep grazing in... More

We were initially annoyed to find that this finca is 5 miles off road along a very rough track which was not mentioned on the website , otherwise we would have hired a 4whhel drive, our car was particularly low suspension and kept hitting the bottom. When we arrived all was forgiven as this is such a beautiful place with... More

We had a lovely time at Finca la Ramallosa with our two children (aged 20 months and 3 months). Our cottage (Los Alcornoques) was perfect for us: we had a comfy bed, a great shower and were provided with beautiful wooden cots for the children. The decor was very stylish in a rustic kind of way, with lots of lovely... More

This beautiful hideaway is truly a piece of Paradise with the biggest and clearest sky I have seen for a long. The beautiful wild flowers and the birdsong make you forget that there is anywhere else. The cottages are both roomy and cosy, the hosts are incredible making you feel like old friends not paying guests and the food is... More

Once again Alfonso and Rebecca were the best hosts one could wish for.The countryside is amazing with long walks to take, birds to identify,or just relax. After our stay last year we didn't think that they could improve on their standards but they have.Despite having two small children and another "on the way" Rebecca surpassed all expectations with her 5* cooking.I only...
