We stayed at Tony and Genevieve's Auberge I'le Flottante with our family in June 2014 celebrating our Wedding Anniversary--what wonderful memories of this charming B&B on the Ile d'Orleans...the accomodations were great, the view was magnificent, the service was EXCELLENT, and the breakfasts were exquisite. There was something for everybody with room for toddlers to run around outside and a... More

Lovely setting, gracious and friendly hosts, charming house! We had a dinner of pate, cheese, bread and wine from a ciderie on the island and the little local grocery store right across the street - while sitting on the riverfront deck - just lovely. Had to leave too early in the morning for breakfast but the preparations smelled wonderful. Would... More

Our family spent five days at Tony and Genevieve's B&B in May after cruising to Quebec City from Boston. While we originally planned on staying at the main house, Tony suggested that the three of us stay in their cottage which was located right behind the B&B. It was spacious with the bathroom, sitting area and kitchen downstairs and two... More

My sister and I stayed at the Auberge Ile Flottante for three nights in May 2014. Genevieve and Tony were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were terrific and set us up for a day of sight seeing. Genevieve and Tony were very helpful in giving us ideas on what to visit in the area. The... More

We spent a wonderful Easter weekend and were well-treated by Genevieve and Tony. The food was amazing. They are welcoming and interesting people and we felt as if we were visiting friends by the end of our stay. The house is historic but with modern amenities. The rooms were private and comfortable. We are planning our next trip!

Spent the second to last night of our honeymoon here in August. We had an amazing stay at this peaceful bed and breakfast with Genevieve and Tony. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed. After bringing our belongings from car inside, we were given advice on wear to eat on the island and given a game plan for our tour... More

I spent the last night of a week long driving trip with Tony and Genevieve at the BnB. They 'adopted' me and made me feel very welcome. The busy season hadn't started yet so many things on the island were closed. They helped me with dinner ;) and since I was the only one staying there for the night, they... More

This B&B is delightful!! Tony earned the first of many accolades for hunting down our lost luggage: making calls, sending emails, and assuring us it would arrive - which it did! As we don't speak French, we could not have done it without him. Beyond that, the place and our room were charming, as was the deck right on the... More

thanks to our hosts, we had a great time for two nights. Tony and Genevieve were so helpful and friendly and we had a very pleasant time visiting with them (not to mention the fabulous breakfasts that were served to us). Comfortable, warm, and inviting. thank you
