We had 5 nights stay at this gorgeous old Scottish family estate on the beautiful Fiefdom Kingdom peninsula in Kingsbarn Scotland. Run by the son and heir of the Erskine family - this estate and country estate is a step back in time with stunningly beautiful rooms, baths, towels, service, staff, ambience, and breakfast to die for. Gracious and elegant... More

We recently stayed for one night in the snowdrop tents and had a great time. We were lucky to have good weather which I'm sure made our experience even better! The tents are quite discoloured now and the outside table and chairs we had were not in great condition and would benefit from a coat of paint, however the bed... More

Wonderful location slightly let down by shabby presentation. The two snowdrop tents are in a lovely location and the grounds are beautiful, we particularly enjoyed the walk through the woods. The sea is just a five minute walk away with a lovely beach just around the corner. The tents are great and very comfortable, we loved the wood burning kettle.... More

We had a wonderful overnight stay here in the garden apartment. As soon as we drove into the driveway it was as if we were entering a different world. The house, grounds and gardens are beautiful, the accommodation was lovely and the staff made us feel so welcome, we felt so at home.We loved our stay here and would love... More

Where do I start. My wife, daughter and I visited Cambo at the weekend for a 2 night glamping experience in one of their two snowdrop tents. In the middle of the forest 500 yards from the big Hoose we found the snowdrop and its internal luxury. Fitted out with electricity and finest bedding this was clearly glamping and not camping.... We have been coming to Cambo since our kids were babies, through toddler years and now as kids who can run around independently. We don't often return to the same places, but Cambo is a exception. Amazing gardens, beautiful woodland walk to a lovely stone and sandy beach, and a fun kids walk through the wood to find some fairy... More

Gorgeous house with lots of atmosphere that still manages to be clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous and once the shutters were closed it was pitch dark and absolutely silent. We loved our sitting room with its piano and chess set. Breakfast was in a lovely room, with fresh local produce. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The gardens... More

Well, what a place. Take a step back in time and have a unique experience Downton style. Stayed in the East Wing. This is not the place if you want all the mod cons and hustle and bustle but if you want to relive the past in peaceful surroundings give this place a go. The rooms are huge. The furniture... More

I booked a surprise birthday treat for my partner, for 3 nights, looking for something different. We were not disappointed. The Snowdrop shaped tent, was truly magical, from the super king size, super comfy bed, the fairy lights, abundance of candles, rustic log furniture and fire pits, we felt like grown up kids. Secluded and private, we enjoyed day and... More
