This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this lovely little B&B, whilst attending the Dunhill Links Golf at St Andrews and Kingsbarns. Jim and Jayne were the usual perfect hosts, and once again, couldn't do enough to please all their guests. We stayed in the Blue Room this year, the past 2 years weve... More

Stayed in this brilliant B & B whilst in the area. What a lovely, friendly welcome from Jayne and Jim. The gold room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a great selection. Will be back!

Had a terrific weekend break at Kingsbarns B&B. Lovely clean and bright rooms. Breakfasts were out of this world. Stayed here with my wife and dog and our two friends with their dog. Ten minute walk to a lovely quiet, sandy beach. Good restaurant and pub just across the road. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. D and E, Grangemouth

My wife and I stayed here for two nights from 5th September. Clean and comfortable with a friendly welcome. Breakfast was great - quality food including perfect poached eggs! Great value for money. Certainly worth a visit.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Kingsbarns where we had a wonderful time. The room was extremely comfortable and the hosts were friendly, welcoming and understanding when our dog misbehaved upon arrival! They could not have been more helpful and served up a great breakfast. The location is excellent, being a short pretty walk from a... More

I had stayed at this Kingsbarns bed and breakfast before so was thoroughly looking forward to my week long stay whilst in the area for The Open Golf Tournament. The location is just a pleasant 10 minute drive from St Andrews and a warm welcome awaits from Jim and Jayne Mitchell. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed... More

Kingsbarn is a great location for travelling around fife. Kingsbarn itself is a tiny pretty village. This very clean and well kept b&b is all down to the hard work of Jim & jayne, the friendly owners of this home from home b&b. The breakfast was excellent fresh fruit, cereals, and choice of the traditional cooked Englis, all very well presented. This... More

Booked this 2 days in advance due to not making up my mind and was certainly a good choice. Easy to find Kingsbarns B&B as they are on the main road through town. Checked in about lunch time and the room was ready. Can be a bit noisy with the room right on the road but not a problem. Came... More

We rang very last minute and were lucky enough to find out that there were vacancies. My husband and I had our dog with us, who was just as welcome. Jayne was really helpful and the room very comfortable. The B&B is 10 mins walk from a great sandy beach, and on Sunday morning we were treated to a gorgeous... More
