I loved it! For what you pay it's great, food good, a little cramped but I didn't find it a problem for the price. Katie and Harrison who were the hosts were amazing, couldn't do enough to help and are great cooks. I would recommend this holiday to any large group. Fave things - the hosts, 3 min walk (in... More

The chalet would be pushed to cater for 10 people at the table or lounge area (seating for 5/6} Dining was a joke as I ate with one hand most of the week so as not to nudge others through meals. The room was small but as were are both only average height and weight it was fine for a... More

We were a group of 11 that stayed in the chalet for a week 22-28 February 2014. I think the overall consensus from the group was we had a wonderful time and would gladly stay in the chalet again. Here is my personal view. The Good The chalet has a good location. Close to Tignes bars, restaurants and ski runs... More

Having read some of the recent reviews, on my way to the airport, I was understandably a bit concerned about what I was going to find on arrival at Chalet Ushuaia. But we had a wonderful week and I should not have worried. Yes, the chalet is quite small. There were 11 of us and we just about fitted around... More

We stayed as a group of 11 at Ushuaia in Feb 2014 and had a brilliant time! The chalet was in an excellent location, 5 minutes from Maison de Tignes so really easy to get around resort. Facilities wise, the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The lounge and... More

Inghams are trying to scrape the barrel here and shaft guests. The pictures on trip advisor are true of the disgusting carpets, small rooms etc etc and not Inghams pictures of the dinner table!!! Minimal investment and things only get done If you really complain. I mean days of complaining. INGRIMS. Slippery slope Health and safety neglected. Question management, Staff... More

THE GOOD Great central location, ski back to door if you are a good skier and don't mind jumping over a fence, hot tub and sauna both nice to relax in after a days skiing when not broken, chalet host was lovely and hard working despite having no resource or support for a group of 12 adults, Wednesday night dinner... Here goes..... Booked with Inghams who didn't do a great job but less of that, the chalet! Our party did not fill the chalet and therefore we shared with others during the week. Fortunately we all got on. Bedroom Our room was small, had twin beds and a very small wardrobe and a broken safe. Some under bed storage but... More

Stayed here Jan 2014, with Inghams. The chalet is a great location, 5 minute walk to the main slopes and lifts in Tignes Le Lac. Outside hot tub, sauna, all rooms en-suite. Reasonably generous rooms sizes (for Alps budget chalets). The only real criticism is the seating in the main living area. This is sold by Inghams as a 12... More
