We have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 years for a week's skiing. It is family run, very friendly, with marvelous facilities on site. Service is impeccable and the cuisine is fantastic. Ho Hum hotel in Samoens with comfortable rooms and a decent restaurant, but the hotel needs updating and lacks character and charm. The spa was not up to standard. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, and breakfast was good, but we would not return.
