At 1st glance not the most attractive hotel but inside it is clean, tidy with friendly service. The room was compact but modern with bathroom although the WC was a bit crammed. Would recommend for a short stay

The hotel is central and not much walking to do if you want to eat out of the hotel as unfortunately, the retaurant is not open on a Saturday evening. Some nich bars and restaurants to eat in. Breakfast at the hotel was great.

We stayed for four nights. Room was tidy and staff were accommodating. There were few staff with good English even though all signs were in French, English and German. Temperature was mid 30's outside during the day. Must have been hotter inside! Very little sleep due to the heat. If we were to open the window the noise was unbearable... More

Stayed for a night in Oyonnax, city "centre", small but decent room, clean, basic, looked nice and for a night business stay it was okay for me. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as no space in front of it! Nice clean and new bathroom and shower. Very quit during my stay, although room was beside the elevator. Friendly... More

I've slept 2 nights in this hotel in 2 different rooms. First night, there were -3 degrees outside and there was not heating switched on in the room (I had to wait 1 hour to have an acceptable temperature). I could not close completely the window and so I had cold air entering all night long. The bathroom is little... More

The reception staff seem to try, but we did not have a great experience. Our friends first got a room on the second floor, where the construction tools and insulation materials were lying all around the hallway. The floor was still bare - dusty - concrete. Luckily they could be moved to the first floor very easily. So why even... More

Not too sure what this hotel is. It is not a standard business stopover (which is what I was using it for) and neither is it a quaint old French place with loads of character. More like a town centre bar / restaurant which happens to have a fair number of rooms upstairs. If I'd been feeling generous I would... More

This hotel is typical of a small chain but is very friendly and welcoming. Reception and restaurant staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to be attentive. The food quality and prices in the restaurant are reasonable. Both nights I stayed there I found little reason to venture outside and ordered their 'plat du jour' on both... More
