Just came back from 1 week in this hotel and would definitely stay there again. We had 2 rooms (1 double superior + 1 twin standard for our children). The superior room was nice, recently refurbished and very clean, nothing to say. The twin standard was disappointing. Cheaper as it was north facing (no real view) Not refurbished (which didn't... We started our ski holiday in another hotel in the resort but due to the fact it was so awful we only spent one night there. We visited Hotel Les Melezes the next day to see if they had any availability and as luck would have it, (it was half term week) they had one beautiful room left. We immediately... More

I've now stayed three times at Melezes, and can warmly recommend it. It is family run hotel with great customer service attitude. Breakfast is of full value (with home baked croissants) and also dinner is of high quality (with marvelous dessert table 1-2 times per week). And location couldn't be better as you are just 20m from first lift. Hotel... More

My family and I have spent four ski holidays at the Mélèzes Hotel and have always found all the staff extremely professional and welcoming. The hotel is well-placed at the bottom of the slopes and minutes walk from the major ski lifts. The food is excellent and very varied and they have always accommodated my husband and I who don't... Fantastically cozy hotel in a great location next to the Viking drag lift and the nursery slopes. The hotel is also conveniently situated between the Les Diables (red egg gondola) and the Viking Express gondola station. It is then easy to take the drag lift to the top of the nursery slopes and ski accross to either of the gondola... More

It's taken me a while to get round to writing this but my boyfriend and I, along with another couple had a fantastic stay at this hotel at the beginning of the year. The location is great, the hotel is clean and our room was very nice and quite spacious. The hot tub was also good. In terms of va\lue... More

This is a great hotel and great value. Our room was lovely and always warm. Food was good in the evening although breakfast wasn't the best. Dinner was 4 course every night. Satff were extremely friendly. Dinner runs until 8.30 but one night we deceided to eat out for a change. At 8.45 they called us to say they were... More

This hotel is great!! We were a group of 6 (some of us were first time skiiers) and stayed in Jan 2007. The hotel is in a great location in the town and is situated right next to the VIking lifts. These lifts serve the main nursery slope in LDA (this lift is free) as well as another green run... More
