Our room had a broken bed, badly damaged bath that my daughter cut her finger on, broken toilet seat and mould throughout. I tried to complain but chalet staff said there was nothing they could do as hotel full. We never saw the Hotel Manager to complain. We wrote when we got back and was basically told that it wasn't... This hotel is run by Mark Warner. More of that later. I booked with the ski club of Great Britain for a development course. The hotel is on the outskirts of the Deux Alpes village area. This means it is generally quiet although there is a lot of children. It would take 10-20 minutes to walk to the clubs and... More

This is the second time in as many years we have stayed here. Rooms are a little tired but you get what you pay for as this is one of the cheapest mark warner hotels. Besides how much time do you spend in your room on a ski holiday? The service from the staff cannot be faulted. We had a... More

I booked a Mark Warner trip here, the food and staff were amazing no complaints there. On the other hand the hotel is in bad need of a makeover, rooms are small and the staff do a great job keeping them clean. The Mark Warner happy hour is a joke only €1 off per drink no wonder the bar is... More

It was 4 years since my last stay with Mark Warner and at this hotel. Mark Warner staff are invariably pleasant & efficient, the hotel and food are more than adequate & it's location superb. Known for their good childcare one should expect under 4s during term time but sadly we also had a large group of parents and children... More

Location: is the hotel's biggest asset. The hotel truly is right next to button lifts and even beginners can ski out and back. Easy to get the rental gear - who set up temporary shop in the basement. Skiing: ESF ski school instructors are welcoming and good for group lessons, and 1:1 individual lesson was 1/2 the price it is... More

I was in a single room and understand that the other rooms are of a much higher standard. Whilst I can accept that you pay less and get less, the room feels like it was once a cupboard, you can hear the pipes running and people going to the toilet as if they were next to you. There was disgusting... More

Having been highly recommended by friends I booked with assurance of being well looked after. On the whole, my expectations were met. What was good? The staff were on the whole friendly, accommodating and willing to help. We were given good snow reports daily and the staff were engaging in enquiring about our day ‘s ski-ing each day. Breakfast was... More

The holiday didn't really get off to a great start. On arrival at Grenoble airport we were informed that our transfer coach to Les Deux Alpes had to wait for another flight to arrive before we could set off. As two couples with children of 7mths, 20mths and 4yrs and having been travelling for 6hrs already this wasn't great. Admittedly,... More

2nd visit to this resort in two years and the hotel again proved to be a great base for a week of great skiing. It may not be the most up to date in terms of décor but when you are out on the slopes all day and shattered when you get back all you really need is a decent... More
